Michael Kennelly
Michael specialises in transforming bereavement journeys at scale for financial institutions. With senior leadership experience in bereavement technology at Equiniti and commercial roles across the UK financial sector, he brings deep knowledge of regulation, technology and customer experience.
His work focuses on building national partnerships, developing FCA ready commercial frameworks and helping institutions modernise their bereavement and vulnerability services. Michael is passionate about creating joined up journeys that combine data, process and empathy.
Luca Scannella
Luca plays a key supporting role within our Strategic Relationship team. He works closely with institutions to ensure smooth onboarding, strong engagement and continuous improvement of the EstateConnect platform. Luca supports operational teams, builds trusted relationships and helps institutions embed best practice across their bereavement processes.
His focus is on delivering day to day excellence, ensuring clients have the guidance, communication and support they need to get the most value from EstateConnect.
